Hi,
I have recently tried to get Mayan EDMS working on my personal computer out of interest, for the possibility of personal use. As a disclaimer, I am not very familiar with Docker and the workings of databases, though I have some coding experience. I am using a MacBook Pro from 2013, which is running macOS Mojave (10.14.6), I been taking the simple Docker installation route as outlined here: https://docs.mayan-edms.com/chapters/do .. imple.html First, I should note a few changes I had to make. Since this is not done by default, I had to give Docker access to /var and /private/var (via Preferences->Resources->File Sharing), though I am not sure how important this is. In addition, given that there is no directory for /docker-volumes/mayan-edms/, I had created my own in my home directory and allowed Docker to access it, meaning that commands containing this path now look like /Users/mahya96/docker-volumes/mayan-edms/. The issue occurs on the final step (7) of the procedure. Essentially, the Mayan EDMS container is created and runs, initially having an IP address upon running: However, it begins to restart endlessly and loses its IP address within a few seconds, and so I cannot view it in my browser be it via IP-address:port or localhost:port. I believe the problem is likely to be related to the logs shown for the mayan-edms image:

Mayan Calendar App Mac FreeThis output perpetually repeats until I stop the container from running. I've had a look on the forums for posts with similar problems, but found nothing that seems quite like what I'm encountering here. Other than what I have stated, I have essentially followed the instructions exactly and encountered no other errors. Any suggestions or help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!Comments are closed.
